i think it looks like a dj mikey mike of direct sound.
 
www.Dragonfrontboards.com make facade like this. They have a nice collection to choose from.
 
it seems to me like something you could do it yourself with half money.
 
 
Yes like it states in the ad you can build one yourself but I say before you start put all the cost of material & the time you need on paper first & then you'll realize it's not worth it. Also yes it is the same as dragonfront but one thing is diffrent the cost.
