This is the subs I have but one has gone bad I do not want to bother with the warranty there not good quality.
What Sub would you replace the speaker with ......keeping the same enclosure?
Looked at Peavey but most of there enclosures are ported so am not sure if there speakers would work in this enclosure.

Happy New year mate
I would recomend the JBL JRX 118S. They are bomb proof.
All the best

I have always used Peavey gear and it's indestructible. Hope this helps. Keith

Eminemnce Is a manufacturer of Replacement speakers and Passive crossovers for Pro Audio.

Good quality and Good sound.
Do a little research and you'll find out which speaker should fit in your Cabinet. Look for one designed for a sealed box cause I noticed yours is sealed.

Whats up marcel. The box that he has looks like its sealed but its not. It has a vent in the botton like the JBL Mpro single 18 inch bass bottom

Eminence is a good brand. They make the drivers for Yamaha, Peavey, Crate, Carvin & many other companies.

Take out the driver and see what brand it is. My guess is that Harbinger doesn't make their own drivers but use drivers from others. If so, they might be able to help you with a more rigid replacement.
BTW: You can't just put any 18" driver in any enclosure. The enclosure is calculated around the driver, and replacing the driver by another brand can give problems like missing bottom bass, resonance amplification at certain frequencies or even a ruined driver because it has too little air resistance and swings too far.

The PV's will have a build in crossover I would of thought, might be useful to you.
Must admit though I think I would be going for the JBL JRX stuff if I was buying speakers within that price range.
