please somebody tell me how i can stop the skipping this is ruining my songs that i record is it my computer or what i have a brand new computer i dont understand this

First things first , if you have a license of VDJ you should register it so you can have full access to all it´s features. Then you need to provide us with your specs so someone in the forum can help.

Its hard to give you an answer because we dont know what kind of setup you have.. CD players ? Midi Controller ? Turntables ? what soundcard ?

You didnt tell us anything about what type of gear you are using.. So I will guess its just a mouse and keyboard.
And that you have set the performance in VDJ, to higher than what your PC allows.
Adjust the performance in VDJ settings, performance tab, by moving the slider towards fastest.
Also try put overclock on if laptop, and safe mode on if all fails.
Reason you get this is most likely because you have a very bad onboard soundcard, hardware conflicts, or very low ram.
