Sorry, i'm frensh and i don't speak very weel english, so when I buy my Hercules DJ Control RMX with VDJ 5 inclu, the serial number is already enregistry. He is written in XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX/XXX and in my account, the lisence must be written in XXXX-XXXX-XXX

If you just bought this, bring it back as it may have been registered and then returned.
