Hello again...
any ideas where the downloaded MP3 files i bought from Beatport might get stored or stored prior to being played in VDJ???
cant find them listed anywhere??? am i being a little dumb or has anyone else bought tracks and found it hard to locate them when using VDJ??

Hi Seana, go to Start/Search and then try typing in Beatport (if Beatport comes up nil, try the name of one of the songs you purchased). Once it comes up you can "Open Folder Containing" See if that works.
 
Hi, Seana,

Normally Windows remembers the last locations where downloaded files are stored. You can try to download something and see where it will store it. If not, Beatport could have made a dedicated folder, which probably would be in your "My Documents"-folder.
If not, I hope you remember the name of the files, so you could try the "Search"-function.

Seana, another way to find where a song is stored is to highlight the song in VDJ and right click, choose file info. click on that and it will tell you where the song is located.

I found the tracks.

Its strange...One day, i can get my head round computer's and Software... The next day, i'm all confused again!!!
Give me some hedge trimmers or a chain-saw and i'm ok but this computer thing is a whole other cup ov fishes!!!

You got it from registering your software. When you upgrade to Pro, you'll receive another star. After that, its up to positive contributions to the forum for more stars....

wheres your what??? your PIC??? is that your "Avatar" or "thumbnail"???

you can change your "PIC" by clicking on the "Modifying your profile" TAB and clicking on the spanner symbol above your PIC...
