NetSearch has simply stopped returning results for my searches. What would cause this? And, how do I fix it? I'm a fully registered user of VDJ Pro on Mac. Thanks!

It should be only the audio files because video files are ok.

Okay, so NetSearch worked for about a day, then quit again. Plus, now, several songs that I -know- are in my iTunes library are not showing up in Virtual DJ (even if they're in playlists).
Should I open a support ticket on this? I am a paid, upgraded Pro user. I have upgraded to 6.06. I'd like to figure out how to make this software work as it's supposed to work.
