Any one know a good firewire sound card other than presonus fire box?

yes Echo audiofire 4 or 8 really great cards , in my opinion stack up with cards that cost 2 times as much

Every time this topic comes up, I warmly recommend Edirol FA-66. I've had it for about two years, and it has been nothing less than perfect...on a Mac, that is. I have never tested it on Windows.

How about TC on Mac?
In Windows FA-66 works perfect. I've had it for 3 years whituot problems.

I have no experience using TC on a Mac, I've always just used a controller.
 
Edirol FA-66 is definetly the best soundcard I've ever used, no experience with TC's though
