I'm trying to record master and mic throug VDJ6 using my Hercules RMX console but it doesn't seem to work! Can anyone advise please? Thanks

VDJ has the option to record from the "line in" of your soundcard. Connect your external mixer to the "line in" of your sound card using RCA to stereo 1/8" cord.

It's simple, when you choose RECORD Master+Mic, then you must choose the soundcard mic input. But in RMX it is not available as a sound card input. You only have LINE IN input available. So you can choose LINE IN, and in the console control panel select MIC in there as a valid input.
This is one way. The other way is select Record from MASTER. And in DJConsole Control Panel select MIC Route to LINE OUT 1&2.
