I'm trying to help a friend upgrade his LE version that came with his RMX to a full Pro version. However he's lost the sleeve for his CD and hasn't to date craeted a VDJ profile and therefore not stored it.
Can Hercules, from the serial number on the RMX, provide him with the correct VDJ code?
I know it's been his from new 'cos he bought it after seeing mine in use at the club where we both worked in the past.
Any help would be appreciated.
