Downloaded VDJ Pro Update. Did not fix audio problem. I CANNOT CUE in HEADPHONES. I tried to use DJio sound card and problem still persist and is the same as using the VCI-300 built-in sound card. The sound (Master Output) only plays through whatever soundcard that is set up as headphones. If "Headphones" is set to rear sound output and "Master" is set to front, Sound ONLY plays through rear (master Out on rear of unit); if Headphones is set to "Front" sound ONLY plays from front sound card (Headphone output) this is the same when using the DJio. The problem is obviously with VDJ however I have had a service ticket in since 7 Feb and not a single contact back. The only way I can effectively use VDJ with my VCI-300 is to run the soundcard as mono Left (left deck) and right (right deck) into an external mixer..or external mixer mode. Is VDJ working this issue or does anyone have any suggestions?
