Hi Everyone.
I am using version 5.2 with JPBoggis Hc4500 Midi Mapper. I have forgotten how to set this up with Windows XP Professional ;( Do i need to have ASIO installed for the denon to work? or can i just select the mapper in Virtual DJ and it will work. I have a gig tomorrow night and need this working by then as my HD2500 has gone back to denon. Also the Laptop has a directory of songs and I do not want those as I have my own external hard drive can I just search my drive without having multiple listings of tracks showing up in Virtual DJ.
Many thanks

Copy hc4500.dll to My Documents\VirtualDJ\Plugins\ControlDevice (See the HC4500.txt manual included with the mapper for detailed installation instructions.)
Then go to CONFIG -> Remote Control and enable the HC4500.
ASIO is not required unless you wish to use the built-in sound card in the HC4500 (The ASIO driver can be downloaded from http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/tools.html )
NOTE: I would strongly recommend using v6 and mapping it to suit your own personal preferences.

Basic may not be as expensice as pro.but its still alot of money. Can any one help me?
