I just got DJ Control Steel and I keep getting the "controller has not been detected" error message when ever I open VirtualDJ_djc, even after installing the drivers. Been looking it up online for a lil over an hour and still haven't found a solution. anyone? please?

Well,that might seems obvious, but is the Steel connected to the computer when you are trying to launch VDJ ?
You should start by registering your serial number and download the latest update for VDJ (v.5.2.2) as well as the latest driver for the DJ Steel (v1.77):

You can also make sure that it is installed correctly, as described in this document:

Sometimes, uninstalling a version of VirtualDJ uninstalls also some ressources of DJ Control Steel (as VirtualDJ incorporates some ressources files of Hercules DJ Console series), so you should re-run the installation of Dj Control Steel drivers.
