I am new to Virtual DJ. I like it's ability overall, but I'm curious what everyone is using to be able to have stereo output. Obviously if I split my laptop soundcard so I have two channels, I'm getting a mono output that sounds God-awful. Muddy, noisy, just garbage.
So, what are some suggestions on fixes for this? Additional external sound card? Any particular brands you recommend? I've done some research, but thought I'd ask those of you who have been working with Virtual DJ for some time to see what works for you.
Thanks for your time and feedback.

I use an Edirol FA66, a NI Audio Kontrol a Hercules RMX controller (with built in soundcard) and a Numark DIJO. I you want clear sound you will need an external sound card. Mostily it will depend on your budget and what equipment do you use or intend to so we can recomend something for you. Try to read in the internet about these soundcards. Reading will make you learn a lot.

I use a MAYA 44 USB .. dont use the internal sound card as they dont sound very good and have higher latency then an external sound card..
