I don't usually take the time to comment on anything but I must give credit where it is due. Virtual DJ is an amazing product; audio, video, karaoke, internet radio, audio and video recording, effects, hardware support and most of all excellent customer service. I bought the product and love it. Even though I have had my share of issues using it on a MAC (no camera plugin, video recording). I submitted about 3 tickets and they were answered promptly with instructions on how to correct the issues. I used virtual DJ with hercules rmx without any issues. Due to hercules not being touch sensitive. I bought the numark ns7. I had a couple problems that were resolved quickly and the other being worked on by the VDJ team (mic support for ns7) nothing is perfect but I must say VDJ is as close to perfect as it gets. I want to mention that I have tried practically all the DJ software out there including the solid Serato stratch live and itch. VDJ wins without question. Thanks again and keep up the good customer service.
