i have recently set up, or "attempted to" set up my turntables for a timecoded vinyl. i have connected everything,i have two stanton t.62's, Numark M3, And a tascam us-1641. and also im using serato vinyls. So when i turn it on and configure everything, only my left deck shows some sign of connection like 2/3%. and it seems to stay that way if the needle is on the record or not. and the left deck when playing songs spins really really fast, its like possesed. it's faster than 45rpm for sure and when you play music on that deck, it's really fast and sounds really messed.
the right deck on the other hand just dosen't work at all. Can somebody Help please!?

hi,
I'd like to ask about connecting VDJ and external mixer. I bought a USB soundcard to use vdj with virtual 2 deks with the help of the mixer. I chose external mixer to output and 2 soundcards ( 1st speakers, 2nd "sound blaster play" ) to soundcard(s). The first line is working fine ( sound is great ) which i pluged into the USB soundcard. But the second line isn't working fine ( sound is pretty quiet ) which i pluged into the notebook. What should i do? please help! ( sorry for my english type )

Kayrockar have you checked to make sure you have the right Serato timecode selected. I had a similar problem with mine when I first tried timecode then I went and looked in my setup and noticed there are actually 4 different Serato timecode settings in VDJ. there is the CV02 ones at the top and the "New beta engine" ones toward the bottom. I was trying the ones at the top and it was actually the "new beta engine" ones. also, make sure (I am sure you know this but just covering all the bases here) that you have it set to whichever side of the vinyl you are on (a or b..it is specific). See if that helps or not and keep us posted.

thanks, i will try that. but one question, my left deck keeps spinning even when theres no song uploaded and theres no turntables plugged in. :S the leftside still has a quality of like %4

When you say its not working what do you mean, no signal, some signal, turntable not spinnin, etc............can you take some screen shots of the timecode onfig screen?
