Ok, I have the latest VDJ and DJIO driver, but still have latency/dropout/popping issues. I have an older Macbook Pro (2.16GHz Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM) and run 100% music videos thru Bootcamp (latest). I used to have no problems, but now with everything updated I do. Rather than roll everything back to pre-problem software I decided to try to reduce the latency of my machine. Keeping in mind that I run the latest Bootcamp and Windows 7 32bit, can someone tell me what I should try disabling and HOW TO DISABLE IT (I am a Mac guy with little experience with Windows), in order to reduce the latency in my computer and eliminate the bad sound. Right now I seem to have some repeating spikes close to 4000, as seen with the Latency Checker.
Also, does anyone recommend using ASIO4ALL instead of the Numark AISO? Is it possible that latency isn't the major issue, but maxing out my processor is? Will that also cause spikes and dropouts?
