I was just wondering if there's anyway to change the size of the font in the Browser? Thanks.

Have a look here

2nd Youtube clip. Tutorial done by Paul (Tayla)

I tried to watch the video, but I can't seem to get it to play or load. It must be a problem with You Tube. Is there any other places to find out how to change the font size? Thanks.

Each skin zip file file consist of 2 elements
1) XML file (the code)
2) Image..

You can find your favorite skin zip in My Documents/VirtualDJ/Skins
Unzip it, then open the XML file in notepad, and change the browser area..
Just search for "browser" in notepad, and you'll find the entries for font size.

<text font="" size="" weight="" color="" over="" selected=""> : Give the main text's font, size and colors

Zip it back to zip file, with same or new name

You can also read more about the xml here :

Stupid question but here goes, can I also change the color by following that process??

Thanks for your time

yep, just follow my videos, you can also add a logo to your browser area if you you wanted to.

I followed the instructions on the video and it works great. I've changed the font size on all my skins to be smaller so I can see more songs at once. I've also changed the highlight color on the default skin to blue because truth be told the default "baby puke" green wasn't really doing it for me.

After looking at all the code associated with a skin gives me a new respect for anyone who designs a skin, I could never do it.

glad it helped, but smaller!!! now I know your bragging, all mine are BIGGER... lol, now where in the hell did I put my glasses?

...and I've got a 13" MacBook too. What can I say, I have good eyesight. I type quickly so when I do a search I type in a lot of characters for the track name or artist so the search results are usually only 3 or 4 tracks and the track I'm looking for is easy to spot, so I don't need the font to be big. I also like the smaller font because when I expand my many iTunes folders and sub-folders I can now see the whole folder name without having to expand the panel and infringe upon the other valuable browser real estate.

Ok heres another question, can I make my TEXT BOLD? If so can you tell me what to write?
Again thanks for your time
