would you still go with the vaio? it will be just running VDJ and all my music is on external hardrive
 
find out what their RAM is expandable to, and the samsung does not say what windows home version is it, 32 or 64
 
Is the ram plenty at 3gb?
 
it is, but with these programs getting more complicated, u wanna always keep the option to expand
 
yes i see...i think its 5gb...would that sound right
 
usually they can expand in multiples of 2s, that sounds strange, i could be wrong though

thats what i thought, honestly vaios are overrated and it used to be overpriced but i see that it is almost in the same price range as samsung, so imo between samsung and sony, i would go with vaio
 
because of its 64bit....i was thinkin the same way jus needed that extra bit of advice.....thanks very much
