Topic: Pitch Drift on VDJ 6.0.8

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

Okay I'm buying a laptop (Vista x86) with a licensed Virtual DJ 6.0.8 on it. & a Maya44usb with lastest drivers... When testing it today with my Numark tt200's (Numark DXM09 Mixer) - I'm having pitch drift issues. Im using my SSL Vinyls... in Relative mode with default pitch and lead & 100% signal.... im drifting through entire songs -0.2, -0.5, back to zero +0.2, -0.5....Its barely noticable but I dont recall it doin this in serato...
should i be concerned is there a way to disable this?

Get better TTs? Were you using the same tt200s with Serato?

hmmm

Yeah, same turntables the pitch never drifted... occasionally its noticeable in a song (it distorts like its underwater for like 2 secs) Serato never did this.... The reason im buying this 2nd setup is ... its cheap, and the video part looks cool but I gotta say I'm a little disappointed in the pitch drift...I know tt-200's arent the best but the stylus's are new and work flawlessly.

No such thing ... license is not transferable. You can not legally use that installed version. You will be required to purchase your own license to be 100% legal.

From the End-User License Agreement (EULA) ...

"This license does NOT allow you to:
- rent, lease, sell, lend, distribute, publish, bundle or sub-license the Software or any part of it.
- rent, lease, sell, lend or distribute hardware on which the Software is installed, unless specifically authorized by Atomix Productions."

well i bought it, and it functions and updates, I want to know if there is anything you can do about it?
non transferable license...your company is retarded...even serato lets you resell

The point is that you did not buy any software when you buy Serato. You buy a hardware that is Serato usable, so you can resell your hardware. Software is free downloadable for everyone.

BTW, non transferable licenses are a very normal thing in the software world. Many Manufacturers like Adobe, Microsoft and many others does the same with their licensing model. You should better inform you about that thing instead of blaming a very normal license.

Well unfortunately that v6.0.4 install will never update. And with the updates that have been made; that you can get with a legal license, would resolve your issues.
