Sorry if this is a repost, i see alot of similar product question but not exact to mine. I have the Hercules MP3 E2 controller and when playing with EQ or volume i have a crackly distorting noize occuring. any advice on this please?

Make sure that you are using the latest DJ Console Edition from the Download Center http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
If you are using the trial, make sure you are using the latest v6.1 version http://www.virtualdj.com/download/trial.html

- If you use VirtualDJ MP3 e2 release 1.0.5, you should not have this crakle issue.
- If you use VirtualDJ MP3 e2 with a sound card set in ASIO instead of WDM, you should not have any crakle issue, whatever the version of VirtualDJ MP3 e2.

Hello,
I have the same problem with some of the guys that i heard some "CRACKLING" noise when i play 5 to 10 musics, but not all the times. I have already an external sound card "REATIVE 5.1" but i still hear then. I thought it is a loos connection of my USB hubs but its not.
Can you tell me please where that came from & how can i avoid it. Please help me because i am beginning to love mixing from Alternative music to House music.
