When I am loading the next song while the other song is playing I get a stutter sound on the song that is playing. Also Whenever I am searching for music The song playing will cut out for a split second. I noticed that if I am doing pretty much any activity while a song is playing my CPU usage gauge is all the way up. These cut outs and stutters are very noticeable during my gigs. I my Processor to slow to handle this program? I am using a AMD Athlon Processor TF-20 1.60 GHz.

This is most likely due to performance issues with your computer. 1.6Ghz is slow, but should be OK for basic audio mixing (Not timecode.)

What would be optimum for the program?

I have a 1.6 Ghz processor as well. I have minor issues with that, but they are not very noticeable. You can probably tweak your settings and be able to effectively mask the issue. Been doing it for a year now.
