I have searched to see if there was a post already that would be close to what issue is. But could not find one.
So here is my problem and hope its a easy fix. When I am running karaoke via VDJ. it causes my cpu to peak and stay peaked which seems to make songs slow to load. I am running a secondary monitor connect via monitor plugin from back of laptop. Below is the laptops specs
Dell Latitude 110
Cpu = Intel Pentium M 1.7 ghz
Ram= 2 GB
Other then a external soundcard being used there is nothing else attached to laptop during a karaoke show. I have "shut off" everything I know can be as such but it stills causes vdj to load slow and lag the songs

Although you have the RAM, I suspect you CPU itself is not up to par, i just had to upgrade from a 2.8Ghz processor for the same reason, running 2.9Ghz duel core, and 2Gb ram and everythin sweet now, hope this helps. Kris
