Hi everyone. I was finally able to get audio from headphones and speakers. Now my question is....Can you switch from deck A to deck B so you could listen to what is playing on your headphones while the music is still playing on speakers? Can you only preview songs on VDJ5 using the preview feature by right clicking on a song in your library...is that all you can do to preview music?? Isn't there some kind of switch you can toggle to switch from A to B?? Help PLease!! I mean how are you supposed to set up your upcoming songs this way when you can't even cue them and have them ready. Thanks...

******! These are assuming that VDJ 5 is similar to VDJ 6.1.X!*******
Have you changed your audio settings to 2 outputs?
If you haven't you'll need to do so. Goto you're audio settings > Sound Setup > Outputs
From there pick which one you wish to be your master (main track you want people to hear), and your secondary (headphones while you beatmatch)
It'll automatically reduce headphone volume while moving your main cross fader from one side to the other.
If you've allready set up the audio, there should be a 1 or 2 near each of your turn tables (maybe just the skins I use). If not here's the mapper so you can set a shortcut;
- "Deck 1 select" will activate your headphones on deck 2, and vice versa.
That macro ignores which track the cross fader is set to and lets you pick which track you want to hear. But you probably wont even need to use it. (When uploading a new track, the deck uploaded to is also activated - by default-)
