Quick query if anyone can help.

I Just want to know if there are any compatibility issues, or how well the AudioLine DMIX4SP would work in terms of using VDJ's features?

that looks like a regular analog mixer, you will need to purchase a sound card to output your music coming from virtual DJs like a Native Instruments audio 2. If you plan on using time codes with CD player or turntables you will need a sound card with 4 ins and 4 outs like Native Instrument Audio 4.
