Topic: Maya 44 or Hercules Deejay trim?

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

I am getting tired of my 5.1 soundcard and need something with higer output.

I wonder should i get the maya 44 or the hercules? Iam thinking of running timecoded in the future.

My current setup is CUE LE 5.2.1, DMC2 and Numark M2 and two stanton S-250.

I think trim is a better choice for timecodes than maya...you can also see audio4dj by native instruments which is also very good and tested....but dont forget you have to upgrade to pro to use the timecodes

I have used both if your on a budget the Maya 44 is the way to go!! I have the trim and love it for when I do Just audio gigs such as wedings or other little parties...

thanks for the inputs. well iam on a budget but iam in no hurry to change so i think i will go for the hercules. i saw that there is a bundle whit a limited vdj 6 and timecoded vinyls and cds.

you will need Pro to use Time code....so if you just bought the Trim and used the code to update to pro and a discounted price!! then you can use Serrato Vynils and still spend what you would have for that bundle...Just saying.....good luck

your right. never thought of that!

Instead of Buying the serato Vinyls.. Get the Numark Virtual Vinyls and go to Time Code Configuration settings and use Virtual DJ Vinyl-Old Engine (V4) Its better than serato's.

Thanks for the tip! Got my deejay trim this week. loving it aleady but i havent tried it with timecodes yet. no pro and no timecodes but that is a later issue. workes great with cue le and external mixer.

gud day guys im now using numark virtual vinyl and it work fine i wonder if the hercules trim have l8tancy issue with time code vinyls or cds thnx
