just a FYI, I stopped using the lookout effect for a while now and just realized why the effect started to act up.
when you have MidiLowlantency checked in the reg editor it causing freezing issue with some effects.
I don't see an advantage to the lowlantency setting anyway(doesn't see any faster) so I disabed it..
