I have MIDI-mapped my Xone 1D controller. Otherwise it's working fine, but occasionally I'm experience squueks while turning knobs. It sounds like someone would be accidentally nudging the jogwheel. I wonder if it has something to do with the script parameter I use in my mapping:
param_greater 50% ? browser_scroll -1 : browser_scroll +1

Do you mean physical squeaks from the knobs themselves, or from the sound of your computer?
If it's the later, then it may be performance or configuration issues - Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/4094/Common_performance_issues_and_solutions.html

I mean a squeeking sound from the speakers. It sounds like I would accidentally nudge a jogwheel even though I haven't touched it...as if the controller would be sending a wrong MIDI-command (touching the jogwheel instead of turning a knob).
I find it hard to believe it would be a performance issue, I'm using a MacBook Pro (2.53Ghz Core 2 Duo, 4Gb RAM) and I have nothing else connected to the USB-ports than the Xone 1D controller. Also, I didn't have this kind of issue with my previous controller (DMC2).
