Hey everyone,hope u r all good.
I completed my 80 min mix in virtual dj. After a full week of fannying about i give up and am now asking u guys who actually know what u r doing for advice.
I was wanting to add track marks to my mix but when i done this in nero 10 it splits the files,so i then burned with cdburnerxp and press (no gap) button but i still get gaps beteween each track when i ply it back.got a headach now and feel ill.
wasted so many dics and so much time on this.please help.

i use cool edit pro(abelton) to inport my mix into then i use cue points in there. save each track as different tracks as waves. then burn to disk via nero.
how big are the "gaps"

I done mix with no gaps but nero only seemed to b able to seperate the tracks into individual files.tried to burn with cdburner xp and checked the (no gaps) bit but still got a gap of a second.spoils the mix.idealy i would like to put in que points to my original mix so i could flick through track by track and not have to seperate the tracks.

For some reason when I burn a CD using iTunes on my MacBook and choose "0 gaps" there are still very slight gaps between the songs so I tried using iTunes on my PC at work and it worked just fine (no gaps). You might want to try just using another computer if you have access to one.

if you track mark a mix that is in mp3 file format there will always be gaps no matter what. always use waveform file format.
