Topic: Ripping CDs - Some Files Not Found By VDJ

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

Hi: I rip my music using Itunes and 98% of the time VDJ recognizes the file, is able to build an overview and plays it just fine. But sometimes some songs show up in VDJ, but when I click on it it says "file does not exist" even though the name, title, album cover, does show up. This also happens to a handful of songs that I've bought from Amazon. Just to be clear: all songs play fine in itunes, but a few don't "exist" to VDJ.

To make things a little stranger, the Spanish language CDs that I've ripped are the ones that are most affected by this! This may sound stupid: but does it have something to do with the titles being in Spanish? Lol. I don't know.

Can anyone fill me in on how to get VDJ to recognize all of my music? Any ideas as to why most songs show up just fine, and a few don't?

Thanks!

I fix this problem by going into iTunes, pulling the file out to my desktop & putting it back in.

Neddless to say I have over 2000 songs with this issue. I wish I could just reinistall VDJ altogether but even when I reinstall it remembers where it was before I deleted it.
