Turn off networking services from the device manager. I found that reduced my latency so that I could use Windows 7 and the DJIO together without issue.

ta 4 help but have error message 0x0007 when reloading driver, can anyone help please

All i had to do was go to io website and download drivers on my windows 7 system and its running fine for me.

thank you, thats what i did, since my last post i have tried it on my other vista laptop with no success, so i have decided unit is faulty and it's in the scrape bin.

Same problem, have anyone solved this problem, please let me know, been having this issue for a month now and its very fustrating.
Thanks

Try changing the latency in the settings for the io.

Hi guys! Did a party last night and I was at a real disadvantage because I was not able to cue anything because the song I was trying to cue was bleeding out to the main mix! This has never happened to me before. I am using a numark total control with a djio for audio interface. I had the crossfader all the way to one side and the pfl light was on on the cue song but yet it was ending up in the main mix. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

John

P.S.- I am running windows 7 which I see some people have had issues with the djio.

just a thought john, could it be that although crossfader completlely over on total control,it was not on the skin ,ie disconnected.i use it this way so it only controls video not sound.you didn't say if your volume slider was fully down,on the cueing side.

Volume slider was definitely up. As far as I can recall the crossfader on screen was all the way across.
Today I was fooling around with the djio without having the total control hooked up and i also installed the latest drivers for djio and it did not seem to exhibit the problem. However, the audio was all scratchy with new driver unless I check the box for ultra latency asio then after it is checked it is fine.

Thanks,

John
