Hi
I have 2 denon dn-s1200 which is setup to control deck 1 & 2. Now i wanna have the option of using deck 3 & 4 using keyboard mapping. And got that working. But but but
I want to limit the keyboard mapping only to work on deck 3 & 4. I thought i could "control" this a bit by removing the "ALT" mapping which toogles through all 4 decks. Yet create a new mapping but limited to toogle through only deck 3 & 4.
Saw an example from http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/135567/PC_Version_Technical_Support/Quick_question_re__VDJ_7_multi-deck_mapping.html.
I just cant get that to work. I've now spend 2 hours reading about VDJ scripting, checking commands and trying stuff out, but without any success.
Maybe its just a very simply command thats needed (i hope so) and i hope maybe some of you could help me get this sorted out?

Have you tried typing deck 3 or deck 4 before each command?
E.g.: deck 3 loop, deck 4 play_stutter e.t.c.???
E.g.: deck 3 loop, deck 4 play_stutter e.t.c.???

No i havent - its not the actual parts on the keyboard i need mapped. But its the command to switch between only deck 3 & 4.
At the moment you have a default command for it using the key "ALT" - unfortunately this goes through all 4 decks when pushing, and that is what i need to limit down to just go between deck 3 & 4.

I'm sorry can't help you,
Could do with knowing how to map each source button on the Hercules RMX to toggle between decks? e.g. Source button 1 on side A toggles between deck 1 & 3 and source button 2 on side B toggles between deck 2 & 4.
