Topic: Single Timecode Setup with new Virtual DJ 7

Is there anyway we can set it so that in a single timecode set up when u load a song on deck b it automatically makes that deck active like in previous vdj versions??? right now i have to select the deck i want active each time

Go into Config and hit options then look for "AutoCue" make sure this is enabled and it should work how you want it to.

Doing that only brings the files to my first cue point when i load them. What im looking for is when i have time code playing on deck a i want to be able to load the next song on deck b and have time code switch to that deck while deck a plays in internal mode. You can do this on vdj 6 but not 7 (again im using a single time code set up)
 
So just map a button like "deck 1 timecode_active & deck 2 timecode_active". Ive never used just 1 table so I dont know how it all works but with that script all you have to do is hit the button to switch controls. It works cause I do it with 4 decks. The script is a little different but it works

Yeah I know I could hit a button to do it but i dont know why the removed the feature from the new version just seems odd
