you can search around, i'm in the same boat, i tried the demo(using TCV) with 3 different cards. one froze my pc(its was an old one) the second one worked but not well, finally the 3rd was a soundblaster live card, which is a nice card but he drivers are bad for it. I looked on here for advice, as far as i can tell everyone used a Maya 44(all in one fix--4ins/4outs) here its cheaper pro card that handles VDJ very well. I think thats a little more then your looking to spend, I;m from US so i didn't do the convert on the $$$, thier are some other cards but that is your best bet

if you plan to use timecode (vinyl or cd) >> go for maya44 usb card
if you plan to use VDJ software only, with or without external mixer >> go for Hercules DJ console (GREAT soundcard and ok midi controller for VDJ)

The best deal is the maya 44 usb. But I think it's about $130 USC, A little beat up your budget (£72).
