Does anybody know if there is (and where could I find) a mapper for Traktor X1 to use with VDJ? I have found just one here (http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/12019/NI_Kontrol_X1_def_mapper_incl__LEDs.html) but would like to have more alternatives.

What do you mean with more alternatives?
You can adjust the mapper in every direction you want.
See the mapper above as the basic one and design button to button in your way.

Yes, I've done it for my hercules RMX.
"More alternatives" means that I'd like to know if (and where) could I find some mappers already prepared to use (difficult to find it).
When I have more free time will change according to my needs anyway.

speaking of mapping is their a step by step post or link on how to map the RMX? I'm not sure if its something that I should be think about since I'm new to the scene and Just focus on learning the controller and beatmatching.

The controller is already mapped for use. If you wish to change something
post what it is you want to do. Someone here will direct you.

I just wanted to learn some basic keyboard functions? I know that the tab button switches decks and the spacebar plays/stops the track. I tried using the combination of (fn+f1 and so on for the samples 1-12)but the keys don't work. I don't know if i'm doing something wrong or what.
