Hi all,
Everytime I play using the hercules rmx controller the treble cuts off and my sounds goes flat. My eq and amp levels are in the green. My speakers are not blown. I reset my system and it plays fine and then at any point the treble cuts off again. I connected another source to the system and It played fine. Only when I use the rmx my treble cuts off. I came to the conclusion that there is something wrong with my rmx.
How can I fix this problem? fireware updates? or do I have to replace the rmx?

Is this phenomenon happening only when using VDJ ?
How about if you play music through the Rmx using other applications (iTunes, WMP) ?

It only happen when using VDJ.
Though this may be bias because when playing through itunes or anothe application the RMX is hooked up to my home indoor system and not my powered amp, equ, system i used to DJ at back yard parties,BBQ's, baby shower, etc
