i usually get something , i might this year

i notice Sam Ash , (George) Guitar Center and PSSL are all givin' away the store .....

i might get a tube parametric eq and an 8 track hard drive recorder .....


i always try to justify stuff like the tube eq , like it's really some great investment .....

butt , to quote TearEmUp , Objection ! it's just a crock ....


i didn't get into the music biz to play and hear mediocre .............

so the eq will be just so i can listen and like it (at least at mobil gigs)

would lesser quality be ok ?? yes to someone else

BCD2000 for $79 at pssl.com - if it works on your computer and OS.

i'm using the RMX and like it so far

in the future i may get a Vestax or Numark or Denon

i change my mind a LOT about controllers


i should get Sony Vegas ......
 
I really like my VCI-300 Chuckles. I like my RMX too, just not as much.

If I were to rank the numerous controllers I own/owned the VCI would be in the 1 slot, RMX second, STEALTH third, iCDX set up fourth, Total Control fifth, my brief fling with the Pioneer CDJ-400 sixth, and the BCD2000 dead last.

The BCD is so far behind the pack I think the jockey fell off that horse coming out of the gate...

The VMS4 is still being walked around the paddock waiting for trainer approval.....

I wanted to get the mic-stand deal they had for $30, but didn't get there on time.

So, I just bought stuff for regular price like a mic screen, and some cable ties. lol

I want to get the SHURE wireles which was I think about $250, but with no gigs in sight, I will have to wait.

I stopped by Staples and found a $70 projector, so I got it.

Oh, I did however bought something that is $550 for only $100, except has nothing to do with music, lol, it's a wool trench coat from Jos. A. Bank, that was nice, lol

I got a Sterking ST 55 condensor mic & a laptop this week but it wasn't on Friday. I am not one to run out and shop when I knew it was going to be so crowded like that.

that Sterling mic is really nice ....a little too nice for your run of the mill mobil gig ,

what are you gonna do with it ?

I am working with some artists that need to do some vocals. Also I like to do my own drops.
 
Picked up a 2tb internal drive for $59. Granted its only 5200 it is only for storage at the house for all my Wii .ISOs and video storage!
