Topic: 20 plus minute videos and loading

I have always had an issue with video mixes that I have to load if they are over 20 min long. The video only loads up about an 1/8th of an inch on the waveform. I have the max load in the options setup to 30 min. Is there a way to fix or adjust this? Videos are mp4 format.
