My right deck t/c will not pick up- im not sure what happened or how to fix it.. i was on v6 and it went out i upped to v7 and its still out, somehow deck 4 will read but since i havent figured out how to set up yet i couldnt get sound but 2 still didnt work. i tested/changed the needles, reset the firmware, ran rmx without tc and deck 2 played. so it has to be in the software somewhere. can i get a little help please and thank you.

Did you select the correct time codes from the pulldown menu?

@Mistah P, the other night I kinda had the same thing happen. Deck 2's pitch started gettin all weird on me. It was like the turntable couldnt control it..............I control 4 decks with 2 timecodes. Well anyways when I switched to deck 4 it didnt happen nor was it a problem with deck 1 or 3. The next day I set everything up and started messing around to see if I could figure out what was going on. Well I flipped the record switched it to side B (using Red Serato Timecodes) and everything was perfect again..............Weird.
Now I know you said you had no sound but I couldnt control the pitch on deck 2 and thats the same deck you had problems with. I dont know what or where this is going now, lmao!!
I guess try flipping the timecode...........

The same thing happened to me, right side as well. I using Traktor TCV and as soon as I pit the serato Vinyl on control came back. What TCV are you using? Try flipping the record on to the other side as huey suggested. I use side B anyways.
