Just wanted to say Wuz up ;)
I'm gonna buy the DN-MC6000 and it comes with vdjle. I'm just playing around with the demo in anticipation of getting the le version but I'm pretty sure I will upgrade to pro.
This is my current setup,
2X Stanton Str8150, 2X Denon dn-s1200, Mackie D.2pro, Kontrol X1 (soon MC6000)
MBP gen 6,2 snow leopard
Propellerheads Reason5+Record, Traktor Scratch Pro
I want to start working with video and take advantage of the Rewire function so I'll be working vdj in my spare time for the next 2 or 3 months to get my hardware collection working seamlessly with VDJ.
I'm a mobile dj and it looks like vdj has a lot of useful tools for my trade.
Most of my questions will be about customizing the program such as midi scripting and skin design so hopefully with all the info that I can gather from this forum and from other users I can get through the learning process quickly. :)

There's actually VDJ Home edition which is for free! It's not a demo. I didnt read the whole thing you wrote but I read you use the demo, so that's it bro. u can download it from this page.

Yeah it is the home edition, I called it a demo cause I can only run it with my setup for 10 min at a time, I was just getting into it too.
I'll have to get the pro version to really play with it but so far it works good. It wasn't hard to get up and running and the mapping for my controllers is almost the same as in traktor.
