Has anybody got one of these?
i have 2 of these and both seem to 'stall' when using virtualDJ.
i have a laptop and a shuttle PC, both with XP and win7 installed in seperate partitions..
does anyone use this aduio interface and have it working 100% without any dropouts in sound??
are you using the latest driver or the one from the CD ???
it comes with Tractor LE and playes flawlessly using that, but that bundled software cant play half the file formats that Virtualdj can.
Any input on this would be appreciated before i send the two units back!!!

I use this card with no problems on Windows 7 64-bit Professional (Using latest drivers downloaded a few months ago.)
Stuttering, drop-outs and other similar sound issues are normally caused by performance issues with your computer and/or incorrect configuration in VirtualDJ.
Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/4094/Common_performance_issues_and_solutions.html for a list of common causes of performance problems and their solutions.

I'll check through that list, but i should also add that my shuttle pc has a fresh install of windows. No antivirus, no other software or hardware installed.
Other than the audio2 drivers and virtual dj.

Yes, I experienced it just this weekend, right as I getting ready to record this week's show. The only way I could resolve it was to re-install both the drivers, and VDJ.

There are new drivers that just came out November 16 (2.9.4). Not sure if you are using those. I have an audio 8 dj (essentially the same thing as the audio 2 x4) I was getting an occasional drop out with driver version 2.0.15 on windows 7 x64 but I can never recreate it. It just randomly occurs. Sometimes I can go a whole night without it happening and sometimes not. I've just installed the new driver and will report back if I still have issues.
Addendum: I was just reading the Native Instruments Forum and it seems many users are experiencing dropouts (even with Traktor) with both of the above mentioned drivers. I guess try both and see which is less of a problem. Hopefully they come up with a fix soon.

My Audio 2 DJ drivers are older than Nov 16th - I've not updated them because I have no problems with them.
