Ok i am officially fedup of Numark with there lack of support with helping paying customers. I want to know if there is anyway to convert to virtual dj. I saw it in the forums months ago but didnt take it on because it was working good for the time.

All you need to do is click the "buy" link at the top of the page, then enter your Cue/VV serial number where it says upgrade. You will then be told the price to crossgrade. From memory it was $50 I think?

I think its funny people say they didn't get support cause I've had the Numark guys call me back, yes they actually called me back with the correct answer to my problem. They even knew what I had said in this forum............must of been an off day for em.
