Topic: What is happening to the post I made?

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

I made a post about trying to contact someone and yet the post keeps disappearing. Here is what I was asking.

As the title says....

I've called... Left messages... No return call. Called back and left a message. No return call. Waited on hold with Sales for 20 minutes before the system would just hang up. Waited on hold with tech support (hoping to speak to an actual person) for about 20 minutes before system would just hang up. Having to press the 3 key several times to reach sales and keeping my fingers crossed the automated system wouldn't just hang up after reaching the end of it's speech because it wasn't registering the 3 key being pressed. Same with pressing 2 for tech support. Even going as far as trying to reach an operator to get forwarded over to the sales department... Like that would happen. The automated system instantly disconnects after reaching the end of the menu options.

I've used the trial DJ software and really liked it for the company I work for and got the go ahead to purchase 35 Pro licenses. Can't purchase anything if I can't get through to someone. Forget the online purchasing. I will need to speak to someone from Atomix Productions before I proceed further.

What happened is this, some of the information you posted is not intended for public use. The Team is aware, and attempting to help you. Here is the catch, causing trouble, or posting up a negative attitude will not help your situation. If you wish to have your account locked, please continue down this path. If you want a resolution to your situation, patience is a must.....

I've been leaving messages and attempting to call on a dialy basis for a little over 2 weeks now.

Hello,

You can reach someone just using the regular support ticket at anytime. Phone is used almost for support for current customers, and some calls could take to much time and have many on hold on the meanwhile. I'm sorry you can reach anyone, but we do calls every morning so If you LEAVE A MESSAGE we certain will reach you next day at most. Phone is available only from 9am to 5pm with a lunch break from 12 to 1pm from monday to friday on EST time.

You will be contact soon by mail and will call you tomorrow.

My name is Chris and I am the Phone Support Manager. I sent you an email regarding your request for support. I personally would like to contact you and help you through whatever it is you need assistance with. Please keep in mind our forum is a positive place and stomping around will make others simply ignore your requests.

I would love to answer any of the questions you might have and help you. Please feel free to shoot me an email so we can work this out.

I spoke to Chris today and got everything sorted out. I've put the ball on motion towards purchasing the software. I must say Chris did ease the doubts I was begining to have. I'm looking forward to continued relations with VirtualDJ and Atomix Productions. Thanks.
