yo--thanks for reading---for some reason my loops are way off in respect to precision--like when i hit the in and out button, especially the out button its either cutting the loop long or short--never experienced this before...any ideas gentlemen/women...? thanks in advance!

Maybe you have "SmartLoop" on?

I find this too, what the hell is this smart loop?

At the end of the day I just want a good old fashioned loop, in and out when I say not when VDJ say's so do I want it on or off? Off I supose, I'm sure I've turned it off before and it's switched it's self back on again before now too.

Hahaa, Charlie you kill me some days, lol!! Here's what the Wiki says, smart_loop : when smart_loop is activated, loop are automagically adjusted to sound perfect

Depending on what skin your using there's usually a lock next to the loop buttons and yes you'll want it off.

...I went through two bottles of activator trying to get the right loop...thanks again...

im at work and i read this and screamed out laffin!!!..thanks man i was falllin asleep too...
 
what could be hard about an in and out button as in the old days, this smart loop does not work well.
 
Smart loop works great if you have the bpm set properly. If your bpm is off, the smart loop sucks.
 
So maybe it best to have beatlock on
