I only have the Audio4 , but the drivers probably are similar as those for the A4 have been updated around the same time.
Works like a charm. Infact, they are even much better, because the ASIO dialog now has some real value, e.g. there now is a counter for the buffer underruns which is handy to use while setting up the system.
Just give it a try. If you run into problems you can easily remove the driver and reinstall the old version. But anyway - for me so far no problems with the new driver.

I agree, i works as expected now even at the lowest latency setting. With the new set-up screen, everything is visualized.
My only concern is they NI have never done anything yet with the CPU usage swing, even if there's no activity with dj software (0-30% swing).
Other soundcards that i have never happen like this.

So, even with the new driver cpu load is that high (30%) when there is no activity ?
What if you set the latency to 10 ms or more ?

Setting the latency to any point won't do nothing with the CPU swing, (0-30%).
Same thing happen if using the NI software.

Rane, the new drivers did not work out for me in any program (Ableton, Traktor or VDJ) as high as 15.5ms still having USB dropouts and USB panic. Thats from being at 5.5ms in the prior firmware.
