deck left effect active ? device_side 'left' ? deck left effect slider 1 : deck left effect slider 2 : deck right effect active ? device_side left ? deck right effect slider 1 : deck right effect slider 2 : jogwheel

This way the left jog will handle the slider 1(paramtr1) and the right jog will handle the slider 2 (paramtr 2)

Sounding stupid has never stopped me from asking questions, so I won't start now...

what's a parameter slider?

I too have the Hercules Rmx, so, I'm interested on what that is and what's the use of it. Thanx :)

Hahaa!! Your not alone bro! Well you know when your using the Flanger and you move the knobs on the screen to vet a different sound? Well the knob your turning is the parameter slider. Some effects have 1 slider some have 5/6. By moving these you change the behavior of the effect.

Hope that makes sense

do i need to make a new key for it? thanks bro

i tried to copy and paste the map cope you posted but it's still not doing what i want it to do, email me at casey_juco@yahoo.com

Sorry i just realised that there was a small syntax error..
Try this

deck left effect active ? device_side 'left' ? deck left effect slider 1 : deck left effect slider 2 : deck right effect active ? device_side 'left' ? deck right effect slider 1 : deck right effect slider 2 : jogwheel

You also have to assign your controler as left-right (Config-Mappers-Mapper options)

oh yeah! I get it.

now that makes sense. I will have to try that.

i'm sorry bro i'm totally lost.... do you have aim or yahoo messenger?
