would I have to install 7.0.1 first in order for 7.0.2 to work correctly?

Or can I go from 7.0 straight to 7.0.2??

You can go from 7.0 straight to 7.0.2 yes.

I'm downloading 7.02 but instead it's downloading 7.0. If the server hasn't updated how come it's not downloading 7.01?
 
Just played with the new release myself. Video - wow! Whiplash speeds and no losing sync between audio/video.

For what it's worth, many of the promo videos audio suck to begin with. Some are in mono and many are over driven and clipping.

you can adjust that in the settings



If you want the quality higher then you will have to live with the slower load you can't have it both ways unfortunately.
 
However, my MKV files still sound like chipmunks.
 
I just tried the update last night for both Mac & PC. Yeah...man! Loading videos is now very fast.

absolutely outstanding! ran into both those issues and they are now fixed!

i think i will go with quality over speed however, nice to have the choice though

This update came right on time. I had a 7 hour gig tonight and it went flawlessly. Even got a chance to showcase the iRemote app on my iPod touch. I was like a kid in a candy store. Technology is a wonderful thing!!!!!
