Hi I have had my mixdeck for about 6 months it worked fine on my old dell with windows 6 but now I have a
Acer laptop and windows 7 An it connects but wen I play the music it chops or I can't hear it at all
I have the settings on input none output external mixer and soundcard Numark and its
not working. Please help

Windows 6? You mean Vista?

Are you using ASIO4ALL?

Also try downloading DPC Latency Checker which will tell you if there's anything on your new PC that's causing problems.

BOm dia, meus amigos, preciso de ajuda, pois não entendo nada de configuração.
Tenho acompanhado alguns posts e mesmo assim não consigo configurar a mixdeck quad, tenho o vdj pro full original com licença registrada já baixei drivers, mas mesmo assim não consigo fazer funcionar o mix da controladora, sempre da a mensagem quando coloco no external mixer, que o numero de canais sáo insuficientes me ajudem por favor, muito obrigado.

Hello , can anyone tell me how to map search button to have a jog wheel browser track search function and another problem is that i map tap button to have sync function but when i want to reset pitch to zero i have to do this with mouse or move pitch fader to the end and back.
Sorry for my english and thank you for help.

It's natively supported. Should be plug & play.
