Hello ladies and gentleman:
I have the Herxules RMX and I wanted to add a turntable (just one for now) when I buy the TT table is their a specific type of connection am I looking for? and do I have to buy the full package program of virtual vinyl? Or can I get away with just buying one time coded vinyl? I know I'm looking for a direct drive TT as far as I know for now and I'm not looking to buy a 1200 dollar table some where around the 200 dollar range for now to get started with it.
Thanks in advance.

hi you can use any TT with a phono or line out, either will do. some are even switchable.
as for virtual vinyl, you can buy just one at a time from this site or you can use serato scratch vinyl which are around the same price and are in my opinion better quality. especially when it comes to scratching.
$200 range you can probably pick up a stanton, gemini, kam or soundlab for that. though for $200 you will probably be able to find a used 1210.
also check ebay for bargains if you dont mind used tables.
