I don't use the system in particular, but reading about it, it sounds a lot like the way I think jotted down and given a name.

Coming from a Battle DJ background, I think it is nice but too technical. "Scratch sheet music" I think Q-Bert and other crews were thinking about this concept some time ago. But rather interesting. Could be interesting if you are part of a band. But most of us simply memorize each scratch for whatever breakdown.
