Topic: Yellow and blue lines through videos

I was wondering if anyone was experiencing wide yellow and blue lines through the center of there videos when viewing in VDJ? Any help on removing would be appreciated.

Also having same issue with blue and green vert. line thru videos, please someone help.
 
Generally this is caused by not having a strong enough video card in the machine. Are these laptops or desktops and what are the system specs?
